Technical Water Pump major leak

Hey again guys yet another problem theres is huge water leakage from my water pump, do you think i will need a new pump or just replace a seal or even just re silicone it??? also how hard will replacing the pump be?

new water pump will be needed, pick 1 up for £25, fitting is very very fiddley (thinking its the sporting) but possible with a haynes and a friend + a few tea breaks
it was the first thing to go on mine when i picked it up, silly me when straight to fiat (big mistake) total cast was £220 :-(

dont think resealing it would be the best idea.

well just spotted that it aint even the water pump, iv got a hefty fat hole in my core plug, the word '****ed' comes 2 mind does anyone think this is a bad job because it seems seriously hard 2 get 2
