Technical Warnings: Air bag, ABS, ASR, ESP!

Cheers boys but I have 4 Goodyear Eagle F1's (215 / 45Z R17) on the car.

I've not had a return call from Fiat UK (again).
I'll call them tomorrow and give them hell!

All I need to tell them is that my local garage has done the diagnoatic tests and they then need to confirm it with the garage who will then contacy me to book the car in.

But I can't get in touch with the person who is dealing with my case.

I still haven't spoked to the person dealing with my case but got throuhg to customer relations in Slough and spoke to a guy called Alan.
I asked for a free service as a good will jesture, he said ok that sounds fine, we'll also sort the faulty switch at the same time.

He would send me a litter to give to my local garage who would bill Fiat Uk for the work done.

I'm still waiting for the letter, more than two weeks on.
I had to ask on two seperate occassions for them to fax me!

They said they would be flexable as to what they would pay for that the service picked up.

The car is now booked in on Wed for the free 36,000 mile service M.OT. (free from Gainmanor when you have you're car serviced there) and to get the new switch fitted.

I hope the service and M.O.T go ok.

I just want all this sorted.
