Technical Fiat Stilo Steering Wheel/Angle Sensor Problems

Hello, i recently purchased a Stilo GT ( 2.4 manual gearbox) and it seems like i have some errors that i can't seem to find a solution .
It's basically about the ABS ESP system.
The car was fabricated in mid 2004
I have in 3 weeks the technical inspection ( Basically like TUV / MOT ) and i reaaaaaaaaaaaally need the car because that's my transport back to Germany ( where i'm working rn) . Any help would be GLADLY appreciated . The errors are the following :

DTC Description State

C1417 Steering Angle Sensor(NGE) Not Calibrated Present

C1117 Steering Angle Sensor(NGE) Present

C1107 No Instrument Panel Present
Communication

I suspect you are going to need something like the MES MultiEcuScan diagnostic tool that many on Fiat Forum use or a similar one to calibrate and read these problems.
