Didn't jaffa go through a minefield of legalese to prove they were cakes to get the vat removed?
I would have thought the case would be easy enough to prove.
Biscuit - as the name suggests the correct method for baking is to bake twice (the literal translation).
Therefore, if said confection only goes once through the oven then it isn't a biscuit :devil:
I remember once when I were a lad, my mum said she'd teach me how to bake biscuits but I got scared when she shut the oven door on me.
I would have thought the case would be easy enough to prove.
