Technical Variable Displacement engine oil pump

Have 500L 1.3 JTD engine check light comes on when after 3 minutes when starting from cold or at 37 degrees C. Will stay off if I clear fault codes after warm up. Multiecuscan indicates fault code P1542-22 'Variable displacement engine oil pump' 'Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault'. There is no oil pressure sensor just oil pressure switch which I changed and checked oil pressure - all ok. Its a virtual oil pressure sensor derived by an AI Neural Network from the the other sensors and scan says 'Variable displacement Oil pressure blocked -signal amplitude>maximum '. Anyone idea what sensor is faulty?
