Yes but you'd need one with quite a bit of memory if you are looking to transfer quite a bit of music.
If you have a mobile phone and cable you can usually put some on the mass memory on the phone and transfer it like that as well.

get a corsair one tis abit quicker than others...bit more pricey but alot more robust got a 16gb and its nearly full 10 odd gig of music on it....
