If you bought a Raspberry Pi from CPC then you might well have also purchased a Powerpax SW4142/SW4142-R/SW4142-N micro USB power supply.

Isolate the power socket (turn off the extension bar or if necessary turn off all the electrics at the fuse box). Remove the USB power supply.
CPC are sending letters out to everyone who bought them. Basically the two parts of the unit can come apart, exposing the live wiring inside. The units have been recalled and CPC are issuing refunds and free replacements.
