um er no er, some girls was trying to chat me an a mate up but we wasn't intrested, so they went away saying aww you've left us hanging

basically there going home to dig out the rabbit
usually used by the non response to a 'high 5' request
example:
Homie 1: 'yo bro whats the drillio?'
Homie 2: 'no drillio bro, just plain hoes'
Homie 1: 'ok bro smell ya later' (holds up hand awaiting a high five)
Homie 2: (just walks away ignoring the high five)
Homie 1: 'don't leave me hangin!'
Homie1 has his hand in the air awaiting a high five. because homie2 has not proceeded and followed through with a high five this means that homie1 has his hand still in the air and has been 'left hanging'
This is the origin of the phrase 'don't leave me hanging'
more of a saying of black origin rather than chav origin. Meaning the chav girls in question stole the phrase for their own use (chavs can't actually think for themselves and often steal for their own gain)

to be fair most 'chav slang' is nicked from rap music so is a derivative from black american slang. as said, they don't tend to think for themselves...
