My other half talks in her sleep and I can have conversations with her it's great fun, she's a doctor so it's usually about getting "mr smiths blood results" once she said "I love you" so I asked how much the reply which followed was "twenty" I'm not sure where that falls on the scale
In times of stress she starts talking Korean from when she used to do tai kwon do.
