understeer / suspension /set-up help
hi peeps .
My p reg cinq sporting has always been a tad lardy in the corners, so the time has come for a suspension kit.
ok to cover the basics
I have standard sporting rims (13inch)
camber /castor are spot on to FIAT's settings
Pirelli tyres are only 3k old and have plenty of life in them
suspension in standard and 55k old
the steering feels as though it has too much slack at the straight ahead , make cornering feed back awfull:yuck:
I would like advice on camber ,castor, toe in or out setting's, for a sharper turn in and max grip.
another part of the question is which suspention kit to buy and how low will give me best cornering performance ?
the car is stripped so rubbing isnt going to be an issue on the back but i will be using it every day , 35-40 mm ??? after a while will the kit drop even more ??
do power-flex bushes reduce the fluffy steering feeling ???? and give more of an idea of when the grip will run out ???
LAST QUESTION
the lowering guide at the top of the page is only for the front of the car, why is this ? is the back a garage only job or is it soooooooooooooo easy my nan could do and so we dont need a guide ??
many thanks
