Is it possible to use the nankang 165/55/r13 tyres i have on my standard sporting alloys that i dont use anymore on my steel rims? See the tyres i have on my steel rims at the moment dont look very wide like the sporting ones? Was wondering if this is possible thanks

Probably. It really depends on the J size (the distance between the wheel rims, in inches).

You're going to have to find a decent tyre fitter to do it. They have all the charts, etc. Ask their advice?

Issue is that fitting tyres which are too wide for the rims they're on is pretty dangerous. It's down to the J size, not whether the wheels are steel or alloy.

if u are not after much, why not just get some part worn for those steel rims ? I used to get them for £10 each fitted.

i think one of his cinq sporting alloy is fooked, so he now using steel wheels.
