Technical Twinair flywheel conversion?

Fiat don't carry anything. It's all special order. They used to have a massive distribution centre in Warrington but that's long gone. Even when that was there dealers didn't hold much in stock.
Yes sorry, should have made myself a bit clearer, seems you have to order everything from Fiat these days, not like the old ‘special order’ or ‘back order’ these days it’s ‘special order’ is wait until someone makes the bloody part!

Dif seals have landed not bad at under £12 for all 3!!

That's just for the DMF & Clutch kit... more for fitting, DIF seals, Input shaft seal & Fresh gear oil.

For your bumper have you tried finding the FIAT part number in the online EEPER and looking on ebay.it (Itallian ebay) quite often Uno Turbo bits used to show up but only if you know the part number. My 62 plate Lounge shows as part number 735555165 and even english ebay shows if at under £70 in a prime coat

The 2019 cross (seen one on auto trader in dark green and put the reg into FIAT eeper) has lower trim 735604879 https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313&_nkw=735604879+&_sacat=0

735604984 (lower pannel shop4parts has) google for image
51978450 (another lowr trim)... hmm there is quite a few more bits so perhaps you don't need a full bumper as is seems to have 18 items on the parts list so serviced in many bits. this seems like a sub assy of a few of the above bits for example https://archiwum.allegro.pl/oferta/dokladka-zderzaka-przod-fiat-panda-3-iii-cross-i12395626804.html
Tried Fiat and its £226. Im going to try a local coach worker whos very good for a repair. Hes currently on holiday so I have to wait for him to return for a full quote. A session in hte sun today has closed the panel up quite a lot so Im hopeful. Thanks for the part numbers. My big choice is what colour to paint the new repaired panel. Its white but could change to anything. I think luminous would be good!

Our 64 plate twin air Trekking had the dual mass flywheel go on it about two years ago and it had only done around 30k miles, we had no choice but to poke up with the cost of Fiat doing it and from what I can remember it was about £850 so not cheap but at the time cheaper than a new car. Luckily my wife noticed it on her way to work which also happened to pass the Fiat dealership, if she had of continued on who knows what other damage it could have done. The new flywheel etc were and improved part as they are a known weakness. Don't think there is an alternative and obviously a second hand one might also be liable to fail depending on age. I can't remember when Fiat started to fit the improved one though.
Believe it was 2018 they started fitting the improved design to all new Panda's

No DMF lurking in in my gearbox belhousing according to the mecanic. certainley was a solid flywheel he said so I've a DMF to take back for a full refund :D

Check out the colapsed release bearing. This appears to be the original clutch as it's stamped FPT:-

They cut out the clutch folk out as it was knacdered too.

What did garage say was the cause?
I see the clutch wasn't down to the rivets, although pressure plate has got very hot where bearing touches, so my thoughts would be either sticking clutch release arm/ bearing carrier and bushes or a driver who rests their foot on the clutch pedal a bit.;)

They said it's not down to overstroking as they checked if the fork could over press the bearing & marked folk rotation on the top of the gearbox. Then when all back together they checked how far a clutch pedal full press could rotate the folk & it's not too far. According to their marks

Think they said all the ball bearings had shot everywhere when the bearing went but I didn't ask why they thought it happened. Id guess the previous owner rested their foot on the clutch peddle too.

Listening to the car in neutral now it definitely had a constant noise that got louder when the clutch was pressed. That's no longer auditable. I keep thinking the engine has stopped as it's so quiet.

Was also quite juddery in reverse now it's well smooth. Proper blast to drive now.

Think it's not a keeper though. I'm quite a few quid in so likely to be an expensive lesson about noisy clutch release bearings.

Picked up the non DMF clutch kit then booked car in. They said i need both kits before they would start the job and I can return any unused bits.

Went back to buy the dmf clutch kit and explained the situation. The parts guy was a bit confused as the dmf clutch kit was no longer in stock. Then he replied he had solid it to me already lol

So he sold me the DMF and mounting bolt kit for slightly under £340.

I'll ask for the bits removed before they start as im interested in the old clutch & DMF condition i(if we have a DMF.
