Technical Turbo horn button

Hi all,

I just got an Uno Turbo steering wheel off ebay, I took the centre pad off & there isnt a horn button, theres an earth lead & a contact ring on the back of the boss, but no button...

There doesnt seem to be much play for the pad to move either, is this the right wheel or am I not getting something...

Don´t worry
It´s original and will be working except for the missing button.
