Hot soapy water and quickly!, tree sap is as bad as bird poo and eats into your paint wash it off!! Ant!
My dad gets it on his porsche all the time outside his house! It comes off with ease with hot soapy water as antsuno said

try WD40 on a cloth...
or autoglym tar spot remover
basically something with a solvent base turps will remove it but im not 100% sure it'll be safe on the car paintwork
if it is fresh as hot as you can put your hand in water with a bit more than usual car shampoo cuts through it....

maguirers clay kit will remove £23 out of halfords very effective,use the emulsion while rubbing the clay on the paint surface,time consuming but it works
