former record was 171ft be ken block in 2006, this jump is 269ft, fair enough he crashes at the end as the run off wasnt long enough, but still, this guy has got huuuuuuge balls lol

That run off is way too short, he either made a damn good call sticking it in sideways or was very lucky! that run up is quite bumpy looking too.

give me a car and a ramp and i'll beat that! good call at the end though, it was water behind the barrier.

watched it again looks like the gaps in the barrier were already there as framework above is still intact, and that sort of concrete barrier won't move...

Sooo... we can do the physics to calculate the jumps, but can't tell that the run off is far too short?

doubt it, they are pretty hardcore, sure lots of bits will be damaged but that car will rally again (or fly again).

Funny thing is anyone could really do that. Block and Pastrana almost always get boned when they get in a rally car against proper opposition.
