Technical Tracking need doing?

Hi
Ive had both fron shockabsorbers replaced on my seicento and now the steering wheel is not straight, the garage who did it do not have a tracking machine, i was wondering if it is safe to drive a few 100 miles with it in this situation.

as long as the car handles normally it is.
even if it pulls a bit....check your braking though!
If it pulls under braking a bit more care is needed.

I once had mine do a 180 on the a dualcarriageway

Get it sorted, you will reduce the life of your tyres, and the handling won't be right.

Make sure its done properly, with the rack centred.

As above. God only knows what the muppets were doing to put the tracking that far off replacing shocks -- it's not only possible, but easier to do it without touching the track rod ends!

I'll need to take mine to a garage and get the rack centralised ... as my norm routine is kwik fit! No good as i don't think they do that {

Effectively that's what they do when they set the tracking.

Kwikfit have a history of doing tracking by doing one TRE only.
