Technical Seicento door window seal – just the rubber bits?

Morning all

With the Seicento I'm trying to adopt, the window rubbers are about 3 cm short.
This is the 'external door window scraper', but only the rubber bit that touches the glass, not the bit that's attached to the door.
I'm assuming that's bad (will let rain into door).

I can buy a used pair of complete scraper assemblies (second-hand) and use just the rubber.
But can you buy just the rubber on its own?

They're meant to be like that. I've not long sold mine so I can't take a picture, but the gap goes to the rear of the door.

Well, it makes sense that the gap is the same on both sides then!
That's saved me a job.
So something else keeps the water out??
