Well ebay settled it 50/50

So ive only paid £30 in total now

I've had a crack at the bad score around the edge, and i've managed to carefully fold it back in using a sander, it aint looking bad
got other chips and marks to sort still

But its looking ALOT better, just need to find a near colour match

Stilo Steel Grey is looking like a possibility tho,
