Technical This Back Bumper

Anyone know what this back bumper is called and if it can be bought anywhere and it not one of them one offs? Or what other bumper do I stick to the original to make it look like that? (I hear you can stick bumpers together with good results )

think those lights are a Custom Cover Job somehow, only place I could think to get any of these parts original would be somewhere not in England

The last Tipos bumper is made up of Two Tipo front bumpers stuck together, the lower one upside down. smart aye.

The other Pics I got are Clean and Tidy standard Tipos. look great but you've seen it before

I really thought it might be???? but I don't think it is looks similar but a lot of altering would have been done to make it look like the one i posted.
