mrs dave runs that size and has used the space saver that came with her car a few times with no problem, her car came with 14" steel wheels originally. she has also used one of the standard 14" wheels as a longer use wheel when we have had to wait for a new 15 tyre to be delivered, just remember its on and its 50 max for straight lines if cornering reduce speed more than normal.
No, its owed, happens to us all, I've yet to have a year where it doesn't have to be amended for one reason or another.
They could argue it should have been checked by you when the error in payments was being made.
Odd reading the letter that came with it gives the impression it can be appealed if it was not due to our error.
Tried ringing them to see what the actual situation was but after 20 mins queuing lost the will to live. It boils down to how angry to get over 12 quid extra tax a month...tbf we won't miss it but its is not our fault hmrc didn't do it right as we have nothing eligible for self assessment and both of us are paye and she supplied her p45 to her new employer when she changed jobs.
Quick question - Are the front fogs tested as part of a MOT? Quick Google search says no, but does anyone think/know different?
