how can i tell if a franked letter has been sent 1st or 2nd class? it says 0047 in the square box

It doesn't matter my aunt in law works for the mail, she said both get posted at the same time, really think they are gonna sort all that mail? It would cost more to sort out what's 2nd class and hold it back, so they don't. :D

it matters if you get a council parking ticket by post as it has to be sent 1st by law. think i still may get away with it though thanks to dash cam as they say ticket was produced but I drove off before it could be fixed to the car, dash cam shows different though ;)

Can you still get done for speeding by police using a hand held (not fixed tripod) gun With no aiming stripes on the road, on a bridge 20ft above the carriageway?

Fiancee has got a letter from hmrc stating that she has underpaid tax this year. Now while looking at her tax codes and earnings I can see it, she has always been on paye so any errors are not hers so a bit reluctant to pay it. As we've done everything we should can we contest it? It's not a huge figure but its not her fault either her employers or hmrc ballsed it up.

First of all, sorry if this is a bit of a noob questions .

when i purchased my car it came with 14'' alloys, now i have upgraded to 15'' alloys do i also have to upgrade the space saver ?

i know the spacer saver is only to get you out of difficult situations or to the nearest garage, but even so wouldnt driving with 3 15'' wheels and 1 14'' space saver , be a little unsafe ?

or would it be better to just get a tyre sealing kit ?
