How do you expect kids to listen to their parents? when Tarzan lives half naked, Cinderella comes back home at midnight, Pinocchio lies all the time, Aladdin is the king of thieves, Batman drives at 320KM/h, Sleeping beauty is lazy and Snow white lives with 7 guys. We shouldn’t be surprised if kids misbehave at times

ah but heres a twist for you.
guy had a fall at work recently(out of the office),up to hospital for a check up and then home
manager went to his house and took his shoes away for 'evidence' to see if it was his fault he fell and if the condition if his shoes were a contributing factor
Do you get a PPE allowance? If so replace them, if not tell them you need new shoes and they should pay 
can you show them yours say its unsafe then get them to provide new ones ?
I can get new ones,Its just a battle as they thjink a pair of shoes lasts a year+
