Sorry.... I don't recognise the numbers you've posted.

If it's a Blaupunkt unit, the serial number should be BP followed by 12 numbers. It may be stamped into the side of the radio.

Can anyone please help I am lost without my music in the car. I spoke to a Fiat Dealer who are saying the radio should not just ask for a code, only if the battery has been disconnected for a while, so could be a wiring problem : (.
Can someone please tell me where I find the numbers needed to find the code?

Hi Sarah, you'll need to remove the unit from the car and the serial number will be either printed or stamped on the unit somewhere. Have a look (search) in the 500 section for instructions on how to remove the unit.

Thanks for donating to the forum, however you've posted the VIN f(Vehicle Identification Number) for the ca., You need to post the serial number for the radio. It will be stamped into the side of the radio and will begin with BP.
