Hi Nikki, Welcome to the FF.

You've posted the Blaupunkt and Fiat part numbers for your radio. You need to post the 14 character serial number.

For your radio it will be something like BPX318?XXXXXXX. The Xs will all be numbers, the ? could be a number or a letter.

The serial number is often stamped into the side of the radio.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast and thanks for the welcome - hhmmm - that was all the info I could find on the side of the radio - it's been put back in now - would a chassis number help you, or is the serial number the vital part of info? In which case, I'll have to get someone to extract the radio again.

I can only calculate radio codes from the serial number.

If it's the original radio for the vehicle, a Fiat dealer can get the code for you from the VIN for about £15 to £25.

I have had to disconnect the battery to repair the horn on my year 2000 Punto, for which I have done. But in doing this the radio has lost it's code for which I don't have. Can anyone help me with the code for this.
It's a Blaupunkt with the numbers:

BP-Nr 7 649 373 316

Prod Nr Fiat 735 282 261.
