S522 UAM? It's really hard to tell, even on fullscreen.
The video only allows a max of 480p & the camera is mounted way too low - so the time/date stamp is almost always in the way of the plate.
The raw footage has to be better (YT doesn't do video clips any favours). Can you get a screenshot at best quality?dvla vehicle check says no![]()

Areas of white diagonal stripes or chevrons painted on the road. These are to separate traffic lanes or to protect traffic turning right.

Its not safe overtake in my eyes
Highway code says you should not - as often its there to protect an oncoming lane for turning
Personally for me - i wouldn't unless its no other option
