The marking where she cut into my lane are wrong, but that's no excuse for her to be in the wrong lane, I was in the correct lane 100%.

But looking at the google maps link, you still cut them up.
You approached in lane 3 and, correctly, sit tight to the middle of the roundabout (as per the red lorry in the map link).
After the solid line (where the red lorry is), your lane spirals across to become lane 2 of the roundabout - which leads off to the exit, becoming lane 2 of the exit road.
I assume the other driver entered the roundabout in lane 2 (of the road at the 1o'clock position) - which becomes lane 1 of the exit road

Yes you did.

You didn't say before that she was behind you in lane 2 of the approach road.
However, you still crossed the divider lines instead of following your lane through to the exit.
At 24s, you go through the lights in lane 3 (correctly).
Then, at 27s, you start heading for lane 1 - your lane has already become lane 2 - and at 28s on, you are clearly crossing the lane divider where there is no need.

Everything you did up to 24/25s was correct but after that you went wrong. (at 27/28s you are actually heading directly for the white bollard & traffic cone!)

Yes you did cut her up. The fact that she came onto the roundabout behind you and in the wrong lane is irrelevant. YOU wandered into her lane - even though she was blasting past you.

Her route is in blue, your route is in red.
The route you should've taken is in green.
At the point where the green line becomes solid is where you wandered over into her lane.

The 2nd lane onto the roundabout put you nicely INTO the outside lane for it
The 3rd lane for you is the middle - option of moving over into 1

If the signs aren't correct - report them

The guy was caught, he was id'd by his ex girlfriend on facebook, and the Cardiff police nicked him.

He went to Swansea magistrates where, as he was already serving a supervision order for theft from another vehicle they revoked that, and gave him a new supervision order, and a curfew (which he'll ignore)
That taught him a lesson then! :bang:

It did actually yes.

Clearly white lines don't matter so next time I come to a junction I'll just pull straight out, hope noones got their camera on though they might catch me and upload me !
