Nah, it has an oil pressure gauge, so you know that when it suddenly drops to 0 bar, your oil cooler pipes have corroded through, and your engine's just about to die through lack of lubrication. In this situation, rather than be caught in the undertray, the oil blows through the wheelarch vent all over the offside front wheel

My TD tipo did something like that only it sprayed oil from the cooler through the wheel arch liner and onto the drivers side tyre sending it all over.
