No problem mate. What ever you ordered should be in good condition, my handles had a couple of scratches but nothing major. I was well surprised at how professional the company was, good telephone manner etc. Makes a change from the usual car breakers that give you a verbal ear bashing if you ask for part that is not either an engine or a gearbox.
