Whoa Tricker how did you do that??, thats looks awesome and must give ya some extra power man :D

It works!!

My Cinq have nearly 80 Hp and 112 Nm with this TB and supersprint bananmanifold and 268 Colombo & Bariani cam...

The procidure to make the oversize TB is cind of difficult and hard to eksplain.. you have to be a machineworker to do the drilling.

You need to use a "millingmachine" and a "lathemachine".

If you are interested we can find out a way to post a TB to you.

You need to find an old TB in a place for smashed cars (don't know the word for a firm who recykle old and smashed cars). Find a firm like this and screw the TB of a Cinq/Sei. or a Punto 55 or 60 and send it to me i Denmark... Then I will do the work for you and send the oversize TB return.

I also filed down the shaft the screws screw into, as well as smooth out the top of the TB with a file and some wet and dry paper.

I have got pictures if anyone wants to see the end results.

Hey David :)

Be carefull the screws you have filed down dosen't come loose and gets suged into the valves...

You need to glue the screws so the can't get loose...

i would say that is a very good price - would be around £200 or 300 euro for everything - including delivery there and back

anyone know if this is a good price - i am just guessing

Well a TB from GSR costs £166 plus deliverly, probably not a 40mm thoough!,

40mm sounds just what my cinq needs :D ,

Ive alrdy got a Punto 60 TB on my cinq, so techinically i could send you my old one off my cinq correct or i could just get another and send that to you?

If that is possible how much would it cost to send to denmark and how long would it normally take you ?

I normaly take 120 euro for the complete set including spacer and all you need to refit the TB to your car.

The price of sending the TB from Denmark will be added to the 120 euro..

Looks like a very nice piece of work you have done there looking at the standard Cinq throttle body I have sitting in front of me that I got free when I bought a new head for the Cinq.

Todays exchange rate is £1 = 1.37EUROS so £87.59 and going on past experiences of postage to Europe from UK I would hazard a guess at about £15/20 (20/30EURO) each way, so all in about £130 all in, which make it a dam accessible & appealing mod!

May well be very interested, but same question as was asked before do you need the 32mm body or can it be done with the 30mm seeing as I have one sitting here?

Aaron.

It looks like you can do it with a 30 or 32mm TB as they will be grinded out to 40mm anyway,

Hi PhatAshKi

I have answered your mail :)

The work takes 1 day, so the delivery time is short…

I just don’t know how long it will take the postman to get here and back again …

Many thanks for the reply, i'm now very very interested. What payment methods do you accept, PayPal? or similar or direct back transfer, this seems to be the way the German dealers like it but I have found I get quite a large charge for this at the bank I'm with, so its not worth it unless I'm buying alot of items at a cheaper price than UK as it something like £20 (30EUROS).

Hi J333EVO

I know it's expensive to send money direct to my account...

Can't you make a group of people who'd like to get their TB done and send all the TB's whith mail at the same time... ?

Then you also could transfer the money in one transfer and save the charge in the bank..

Ok get a final price and i'll decide as i have a spare TB too (y)

Post it down to me with those GT callipers & we could have a 2 man consortium to get B bee aye gee throttle body split the bank transfer cost as I'm sure Nat West charge me £20 for the privilege! :D

Throttle bodies are not heavy I really don't think it would be that much to send 1 or 2 together!

There may be a guide to prices on the Royal Mail website
