Technical OBD Port on Seicento S 1999 899cc

Hi Folks,

Can anyone confirm if 1999 Seicento S 899cc has an OBD port.

Online searches are saying yes and that it is located under steering wheel column (RHD) and above the pedals but I can't see one unless I really need a trip to Spec savers

Please Advise

Hello, the 899's are the old 3 pin ports which are in the engine bay by the ECU, you should be able to see it as the wire tags of the loom near the ECU it has a cap on the end which unclips & reveals the 3 pin port, here is a picture of the wire with the cap & location

The 16 pin is no good, the 899 predates the 16 pin setup as it has the earlier 90's type 3 pin setup, the 16 pin setup under the dash was only used in 1108cc MPI Seicento's from October 2000 onwards when the 899 was discontinued

Is there some kind of adapter that can connect the 3 pin to the 16 pin of the obd2 scanner?
