Does anyone have the above contact email address(es)? I am compelled to raise complaint about their sales agent who monitors their (only publicised) "info" email address.
The individual, whom I am happy to name and shame if requested, is being hideously unhelpful, belligerent and rude in the extreme and is trying to offload me onto the shop from where I purchased their (potentially faulty and potentially dangerous) product, when the matter I am addressing can only really be adequately addressed by them, the manufacturer of the goods. The salesman in question will not pass my urgent and serious inquiry to his MD, nor even a technically-competent operative.
Without fear of exaggeration, is the lowest quality and most shockingly negligent customer service I have ever encountered.
