I'm getting an intermittent problem on our 55 JTD Multi, engine turns over but won't start.
Sys Code error comes up on the display if you keep cranking and the code symbol is illuminated on the dash lights, does start eventually but obviously there's a problem somewhere.
I've checked the battery and no dead cells, car turns over well and I've checked the earth straps which appear to be fine, very light corrosion which I've wire-brushed off and greased.
No errors on the system though which threw me, I was hoping for an error code (Transponder perhaps?).
I've tried both keys and problem remains.
Any ideas anyone?
Appreciate any pointers as I can't find anything on this.
