I widened the forum from 780 pixels to 950 - so the bar will go in the 170 gao (which is currently being used to stretch the forum)

Classifieds box will be removed from the top and put down the right, events removed from the bottom and added to the right .... basically a shuffle to make certain things more promenant.

And yeah - when you browse a forum listing - categorised classifieds will be shown there too.
