Filter is easy to take off (it looks like regular oil filter) but you will have to drain oil first.Bukshi said:Can I look at the filter somehow by myself? Or it needs the whole gearbox apart?
I forgot to mention that RPMs I stated earlier are under full load (AC, high beams), but with no load, it is almost same thing: 750 in P, 600-650 in D, RPMs are stable in range of +/- 50 even when AC compressor is switched on/off.Bukshi said:my RPMs in "P" are around 900 and when changed to "D" it drops about 50-100 RPMS also when AC is on and high beams on the RPMs start to fluctuate in the range of 900 - 600 RPMs - and when reaching 600 I can feel the "pre-stall" too
is this normal? I guess the battery gets used a lot in these conditions, but shouldn't it hold the RPMs constantly?
My car has done 50K miles so far, and recently had oil and filter replaced.
