pulling dents is not a good idea unless you can weld or glue to the panel (and this would either cause damage or cost the earth for a tool that works) read some ‘how-to’ on PDR its really easy to push out a dent (although getting access behind the panel and making your own tools is not as easy - but gives you a sense of satisfaction and costs nothing). If the dent isn’t big – you can use some dry ice to pull it (that’s so cool! As metal contracts it pulls itself out
