Thanks for that this gives me faith that when someone actually knows what they are doing customers get a good result and a good service thank you detgaz for restoring my failing faith in fiat techs 
cheers for the vote of confidence! unfortunatly i recently had to defect to vw due to fiat moving sites ! was looking for sum info so thought id clear a few things up ,shame i really liked working for fiat , you can rest assured fiats r only seen as unrelliable because they r at the cutting edge of automotive technology ! vw seem to be approx 3/4 years behind !
3rd year warranty only covers electrical and mechanical faults. Which was funny after the dealer I bought the car from tried telling me brakes weren't a mechanical system

But on a serious note is there anybody who could do a quick guide to fixing the upper glove box because im going to have a go at the weekend and some prior knowledge would be greatfully recieved.

Depends which part of the breaking system.
Dealers/garages only have a rough guideline to follow & even that is somewhat unclear which results in the garage/dealer having to contact 3rd year warranty for clarification.
Problem I had was the piston sticking in it's housing on the rear. Was some time ago now obviously, so I forget the entire nature of the convo
