General Stilo Stereo - Tape Player > CD

I wonder if you guys may be able to help, i currently have a stilo with tape player fitted, however, i am wanting to switch this to a CD player, either replacing the entire head unit or having some sort of multi thing in the boot. The problem is, where do i get such a thing or information on how to go about finding what i need.

You could just go for the OE CD changer that fits in the upper glovebox. Plugs straight into the back of the OE cassette player and off you go. That's what I did.
