Hi all, i have a problem with my 2002 stilo, both power windows stopped working at the same time, have changed the relay but still no good, tried to locate the fuses under the steering wheel according to the manufacturers handbook but where the fuses are supposed to be placed there is no connection for the fuses there only the slots (blank) where they are supposed to be with no metal contacts for the fuse the location in my manual are F33 and F34 the windows were fully working before this, any ideas? regards Jamie

Fuses F47 and F48 are the front window motor systems and they're on the body computer under the dashboard (see drawing above for locations)

They are separate twin systems though so it would be very odd to lose both sides at the same time through any kind of fault downstream from the relay, they even have their own different earths so there's nothing common there

So it still looks like relay T13 area may be the culprit as that is the common power supply to both sides. I'd pull out one of the fuses and check for power arriving at one side of the fuse holders F47 and F48. If there's no power at the fuse holder then you know the fault is upstream from there

(F33 and F34 are for the rear windows on 5 door version)
