hi im currently in search of buying a stilo but have wanted to buy a jtd in silver with the sky roof, but have had no luck now for quite a while and find numerous black ones, but have found that these take away that little somthing about the car that in silver it provides, does anyone agree?

Hi,
I am new to the forum.
In reply, I actually had an opportunity to buy a silver JTD a couple of weeks ago but chose a black 1.6 Dynamic ahead of it. I felt that the Stilo just looked better in black. The silver one may still be there - try Fords of Winsford. To be fair it did look great and the engine was surprisingly good for a diesel. You may want to check them out as it may still be there - it required a little bit of work at the bodyshop - I spotted it as it came in so it may have just gone on the forecourt.

argh! Nothing wrong with black :p

My Black is not just black in that it flicks to a purple/obergene in certain lights.

My previous car was in Silver, Silver was the "in-colour" back then....

Unless your really stuck on what you can get - budget or availability wise - don't buy a car until YOU are happy with it, its you thats gotta drive it

And, if you get a Skyroof, make sure it goes -----> thataway and <----- thataway cleanly and quietly (y)

Oh but there is something wrong with black; DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! ;)

Get a yellow one, everybody will know who you are and you'll only have to clean it once a year and you can hardly see the scratches!!! IT'S ALL ADVANTAGES!!! ALL HAIL YELLOW

Yellow Is a great colour, I never thought I would ever buy a yellow car till I clamped my eyes on my Stilo.

Its the cleanest colour and you never loose it in a big car park :D
