General stilo claws on a GP

does anyone know if the stilo claw wheels will fit a GP?

If not will they fit with wobbly bolts?

the earlier GP had the fitment 4x98PCD stud pattern but most models are 4x100PCD - the claws alloys for the stilo are 4x98PCD as are most fiats. I know you can get wheels that are 4x100PCD to fit a vehicle with 4x98PCD but im sure someone will correct me if im wrong i dont think it works the other way round. I have seen an earlier GPS with claw alloys but would assume that was an earlier model...

all the grandes are 4x100 aint they ?? ive had three and on two of them i ordered wheels for 4x100.. hmm dunno

A few of the very first ones were 4x98 supposedly. There is a mk2 on here running GPS wheels and he didnt need wobblys or spigots to get them to fit.

it is one of the 1st GPs but I dont know what offset it is, can I not just fit them with wobbly bolts and the other things as well?

offset is around 42. Take a wheel off and the pcd and centrebore should be stamped on the inside somewhere.

so if the stilo wheels are 98pcd and the GP is 100pcd I can use wobbly bolts?

Yeah i think so. I always thought they just reduced PCD but i have been told they can be used the otherway round aswell. You will need spigot rings to reduce the centre bore from 58.1 to 56.6mm.

Had a look yesterday and it says ET43 so I think they should fit with wobbly bolts aand spigots.
Whys the offset done like that? Ets I mean.
How will I find out the ET of the stilo wheels without lookin at them?

The ET of stilo wheels is 35.

you can make an ET43 into 35 wth 8mm spacers, but cant make an et35 into 43

The ET will be fine anyway. Im running ET 22 on my rear wheels and only catch a tad over big bumps when driving quick.

had a go at fitting my 500 wheels to the GP, but the wobbly bolts I have are the wrong thread size.
is it that the GP is a vauxhall thread?
but then can you get, or need to get wobblys for a vauxhall?
