Apart from the black stitching I am nearly there. Aesthetics aside it don't half sound nice. Opinions welcome.

looks good m8! Ive gota say it does look beta in the yellow; like ya say the black stitchin wud look good but i dont fink it majorly needs it! Your boot build is nearly identical to mine (structure wise), apart from mine is carbon fibre build then sprayed same colour as me car and not leather! Id probally fill in the centre piece with maybe a a dumby wall so the subs look like one box if you get my drift! But thats my opinion.. ill have my pics up in a few days when ive finished laying my sound deadening and pop me back seats, etc back in... What you runin are they 10" or 12"

Hi, thanks for the response. They are 2 x 10" dual voice coil subs. I did join the two subs with a false panel but the gap betwen the two looked really bare so I split them again. Even the wife who has no idea about cars said she thinks something needs to go in the middle! Suggestions welcome but the stitchings an absolute must for me.

I also prefer the carpet version as apposed to the leather version... not saying it looks bad in leather... the carpet just looks better IMO. (y)

Farad power cap? (y) TBH I think it would've been better done in carpet to match the rest of the boot, but looks a tidy job! (y)

That's stage 3. Second full hide on it's way to cover all panels in the boot. I hope it's worth it all but I really value your opinions. It takes balls to do something like this when your only experience in modding consists of hanging an air freshner from the mirror.

Mate ... I think Both installs are awsome, If you have never done this before then I am really impressed. :worship: :worship: :worship:

Can I bring mine round ?

Thanks for the vote of confidence. All the work was a pleasure apart from getting the cable through the bulkhead. Leatherwork was simple as I used to make falconry hoods that required a good eye and a steady hand. Hope the finished article meets with your approval too.

this beat my install hands down, but then all i dd was make a false floor and sink my sub into it. Thought about having a small section of frosted.etched perspex between the two subs with a fuse box thing in it, doesn't have to do anything, but it can be lit up real nice and it can look like it, and also carry spare blade fuses...

other than that, that is one sweet looking build, specially if that's a first attempt.. well impressive.
