When I am starting my uno for the first time of that day, something strange hapens to me. Directly afther the motor is started the whole car begins to shake and quake, and short afther that it turs off.
Buth when I start the engine, and it it starts shaking I pres the gas pedal, hold it for the while and let it up, and there is no more shaking at "0 gas position"
Is this a problem or not ?
Another thing that wonders me is a oil preasure. Short afther I pres the gas pedal for some time a oil preasure indicator levels on almost 4/8 bars. Is this Ok, or not?
And one more stupid question, from a stupid man: What is a normal temperature ow wather in my engine ?
P.S. Sory on my bad english, and stupid questions.
I wana learn something
No, I don't think any one of those is a stupid question and the English is fine!
A stupid question would be, why didn't FIAT put a V8 in the Uno...

Or a worse stupid question is something written in TXT-speak (not English) about "ur a losr"...! It happens on other forums.
I don't think the first problem is too bad and can be safely ignored as you have worked out a special technique. It's a diesel, isn't it? Maybe one of the glow plugs is not pre-heating correctly? It is possible to remove them (similar to spark plugs) to inspect - quite often, problems are easy to see (the end blackened or burned away). Other times the wiring is the problem - quite a common FIAT problem in general...

As I said, something to look at when you have time maybe?
If this is a petrol engine, then there are frequently special steps to take with starting - even the handbook says to 'depress accelerator slightly'. I think that the handbook also says to use the hand throttle control to adjust the idle on the diesel engine. I think that later diesel models may not have this (next to the steering column).
The oil pressure should read at about half of the gauge (the 4 bar that you mention?) when the engine is at 2000+ RPM when cold, dropping as the engine warms up. I'd say that anything above 2 bar would be fine with the engine hot. At idle, the gauge may fall to about 2 bar when cold, and depending on the condition of the pressure gauge sender (!) sometimes almost 0-1 when hot. The oil pressure gauge sender is not very accurate, particularly when hot, so as long as the light doesn't ever come on, things are probably OK. In fact, 4 bar pressure is good news, nothing to worry about!
Water temperature should also be near the middle of the gauge - 90 degrees C is normal. 70 degrees C is OK, especially if outside air temperature is cold (near 0!). If the gauge reads 100 degrees, don't be too alarmed - the pressure in the system raises the boiling point to 120 degrees C so there's an extra safety-margin. Listen to make sure that the radiator fan runs at about this temperature.
If the temperature gauge reading is low (e.g. 60 degrees after a five kilometre drive) then the thermostat has probably stuck in the open position (quite a common failure). The worst thing is that the heater will be weak

It's also not good for the engine to run cold, as condensation water will not be dried-out of the oil, and the fuel will not be vapourised so well and the engine will be less efficient. It's worth the price of a new thermostat in my opinion. Others may disagree...
Cheers,
