Yes you can live with the others but No3 is low, however it should still run with those figures.
Just a small point, what is the spark like, is it good and blue, capable of jumping a 10mm gap easily, reason I say this is I notice your ignition amplifier unit on the distributor, it is a type that even when fairly new were capable of failing, so may be worth testing if possible.
I didn't actually check that part

Do I check the spark on the ignition ends with or without the spark plugs?

If you can lay all four spark plugs connected to their leads sat on metal of engine , you should be able to have an idea if they are all giving a nice fat blue spark when some spins engine over on the key.
Yellow and splashy is no good.
Also check inside distributor cap and rotor arm. Any signs that look like cracks or lightening/shorting from one electrode to another etc. will cause misfires, but this is usually a fault that causes a misfire under load , so not quite like your issue..

I've tested with both the old set of spark plugs as well as the new set, and both seem to give good spark

As for the distributor cap, dunno how the contacts are supposed to look like, but they don't seem too healthy to me 🤔

At least when compared to ones I see when looking at pictures of new parts

What does the rotor arm look like, as it looks from your photo as though the cap has been on wrong at some time and the rotor arm has been rubbing the four contact points inside the cap.
Incidentally never file those contacts clean as it increases the gap the spark has to jump, causing misfires.
I can't see any tracking like I mentioned, but the damage isn't ideal, although I have seen worse, so for the moment if no other obvious damage that I can't see in photos refit cap correctly and replace when other issue is resolved.
I assume you were testing all four spark plugs, leads and coils at the same time to compare.
On the old set of spark plugs was there any contamination on /around the electrodes , perticularly on the cylinder that the compression was lower on, as this could point to leaking head gasket tieing in with your loss of coolant.
