500L Start stop problem

Just bought a 2014 500L Dualogic but the start stop function doesn’t seem to work. Previous owner never used it so has no idea. There is no mention of the start stop function in relation to the dualogic gearbox in the owner manual , so I’ve no idea whether it’s a fault or I’m doing something wrong. Any help appreciated

Probably poor battery charge..

Use it a bit..

Then look on here regarding the battery monitor cables
