COME BACK FROM THE LIGHT ARC :D U NEED A NEW CINQ NOW :devil::devil:
Anyway all that is left to do now is heat wrap the front coolant pipes,connect clutch cable and put the front bumper on and its finished apart from stereo and silly personnal odds and sods but they are not required NOW:D:D
Coolant is in and run to temp,fan has cut in perfectly now 5 times,tickover has now settled down to 900/1000rpm which is exactly where my old 1242 8v sat(y)(y)
today the t piece coolant pipe i required arrived from dan(y) also in the post was my new heater control yellow stickers to match the clocks:D:D and also the heat wrap arrived which i wasnt expecting till monday....RESULT:slayer:

I wonder about one thing, I now noticed you have an extra CTS mounted in the water pipe. Doesn't the inlet CTS have a 3 pin connector? If so, one of them is a signal for the dash you could use (y)

no its a 2 pin blue sensor exactly the same as is on the cinq originally but i have an aftermarket gauge and im fitting a different thermostat housing at some point with take off points for senders(y)
 
Its Finished and i have driven it and all it wants to do is spin the tyres :D:D:D mot is booked for 8.30am thursday as i just rang the boss to book it in (y)(y)

That looks almost identical to what Aaron J333EVO had (has?) in his turbo Cinq. Somehow I got the impression from your eariler post (don't ask how/why :confused:) that you made the pipe run inside the slam panelm which would be really cool :D. I have identical layout as yours, only I was not bothered to use silicon and aluminium (prefered to retain my cam belt cover in place), rubber all the way connected with a plastic connector :eek: But I do have a heat shield on the exhaust manifold. Holds good so far for 30kkm (y)
