speedometer,rev counter,gone nuts

ive just done gearbox,now my rev counter has gone beserk,and my speedo is give in me false,speed readings any idea please,

Wrong gearbox sensor - take your old one out and put it in the new gearbox.
If you just had the gearbox repaired, take it back they messed up something.
