Doblo speed restricter removal

hello there yep newbie with a issue

i purchased a doblo maxi van at auction and whilst its great 68mph just dont cut it

so im guessing its restricted as most company vans are going this way

so how do i sort this any imput would be great links etc

had it removed today very helpfull chap as gave the van a once over as well cost £60
