Speaker help please

i own a 1997 punto and have just brought a new head unit for it,

the trouble is this, im a complete novice when it comes to these things, and i know what speakers to use in the rear, 4"

its just the front which i am totally comfused about and not sure what use,

so if u could help me please do

Punto front speakers are 3.5" (87mm) Don't bother with rear speakers

No problem. I don't like rear speakers - mucks the soundstage up IMO

as well as that is the mounting of the front speakers the same as the back, cos i looked up on ebay,
and the stock ones looked different from the normal speakers like shaped and stuff

put in a good set of front's (mid & tweeters) run these off ur head unit then sub 'n' amp in boot

i did this in a bravo but with 6*9 aswell and it feckin kicked butt
thinkin of upgradin the speakers in my abarth, never heard a set of rears so crap. i think fiat got them out of a panda eace: no offence intended

or i sei, the standard speakers in the dash sounded like abit of tin jumpin around, so upgrade was life or death
