Can anyone tell me if Magneti Marelli plugs ending in 000048 are OK for my car? Some of the cross reference charts give confusing answers. If these are not correct could you please suggest another suitable Marelli plug?

Is there a specific reason so use marelil plugs,?
Not really but I found some at a price cheaper than NGK or Denso.
