I think you mean the two E18 torx bolts that hold the calliper bracket. Use a E18 torx socket and breaker bar or extra leverage on a wrench. The bolts are fitted with Loctite so need some force to undo. Video here

bolts For Fiat Panda 312 (2012-on) 2x Front Brake Caliper Bracket / Carrier Bolts. That is the correct name

As advised use the correct e-torx socket some moderate heat too, helps soften the Loctite.
I have bought the heat like the one used in the kitchen but slightly better. I have alo bought two new screws. I am waiting for the delivery now. Do you think the loctite is important to put it on the screws ? I spend all day trying to move that screw

I put my socket wrench on, with the non ratchet straight handle and then put my trolley jack under the handle and jack the cars whole weight on the socket handle end. It always works if a bit fiddly. Once they move its still hard work to undo them due to the lock tight. Scaffolding tube fits over my stright handle so I can put a 1m extra lever on it, but the jack under socket handle seems best. I dont use the ratchet handle purely becaus I thing the ratchet migh break!

You may find the new bolts come with some thread locker already applied - you will see it.

When I said you may need to hammer the socket on I meant that you would need to hit the socket to get it to fit securely because the head of the bolt was so damaged. Get plenty of heat on it and the socket on securely.
